FashionAI Global Challenge 2018

Alibaba Cloud is opening its doors for applicants for the FashionAI Global Challenge that integrates both professional fashion knowledge and deep learning formulation, inviting applicants to solve the imminent issues facing the application of AI in fashion. The application is open for interested individuals, researchers and developers belonging to educational institutions, research centers or organizations from different sectors and fields; independently or as a team with a maximum of 8 members per team. The competition includes 3 stages: a preliminary and a semi-final competition, which are conducted online, and a final competition, which is conducted in China that requires candidates to perform live roadshows and take part in debates.

The total prize value is RMB 1.34 Million which is divided as the following:

[1] RMB 500,000 for the champion of the competition

[2] RMB 100,000 for the first place runner-up

[3] RMB 50,000 for the second place runner-up

[4] RMB 10,000 for the fourth and fifth place runner-ups
