The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS-SN) Bose Postgraduate Fellowship program offers aspiring scientists from the developing world the chance to study for a PhD degree in the physical scientists. The PhD degree can be in the applicant’s home country (SANDWICH program), or at the Satyendra Nath Bose National Centre in Kolkata, India (full-time), and will last for four years with an optional one-year extension.
