Are you searching for a scholarship to fund your PhD, short or long term research?

DAAD is offering a number of scholarships in Germany for students who have finished the master degree and want to continue their studies.

Scholarship programmes:

[1] Doctoral progamme (Full PhD): a maximum of four years; the length of the grant is decided by a selection committee and depends on the project in question and the applicant's work schedule. The monthly payments will be euros 850 for graduates, and euros 1,200 for doctoral candidates.

[2] Bi-Nationally Supervised Doctoral Programme: A total of no more than two years, and the Monthly payments for doctoral candidates during the stay in Germany will be 1,200 euros.

[3] Research Grant - Short Term

[4] Research Grant - Long Term: 7 months to usually 10 months, and the monthly payments will be euros 850 for graduates and euros 1,200 for doctoral candidates.

[5] Bilateral Exchange of Academics

[6] Re-invitation Programme for Former DAAD-Scholarship Holders: One to three months, and the monthly payments will be 2,000 euros for assistant teachers, assistant professors and lecturers 2,150 euros for professors.
