The Saïd Foundation offers postgraduate students who are nationals of Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine and Syria the opportunity to apply for its Scholarship Program, which aims to promote education and development in the Middle East by providing educational and training opportunities. Twenty scholarships will be offered for primarily one year or two years in exceptional circumstances to outstanding individuals who demonstrate the potential to become leaders and innovators of change. The foundation also offers one or two PhD or a PhD in Philosophy scholarships for a year at the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge.

Applicants must:

[1] Hold Lebanese, Jordanian, Palestinian or Syrian nationality. They also must permanently reside in the Foundation’s target region however it will consider Syrians residing elsewhere due to current circumstances in their country

[2] Hold an undergraduate degree that is equivalent to a UK 2.1 degree or higher, and applicants who are in their final year of their undergraduate degree will also be considered
