<p>Queen Mary University in London invites students from around the world to apply for fully-funded Chevening Scholarships for a <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships/Master" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Master&#39;s</strong></a> Degree in Economics. Chevening aims to develop and qualify leaders from all over the world and works closely with the Queen Mary University to provide a large number of full <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>scholarships</strong></a> for study on one-year Masters courses. Every year, the university hosts a large cohort of 1,500 scholars who come to study all over the <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/United-Kingdom" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>UK</strong></a>.</p><h3><strong>Eligibility Criteria:</strong></h3><ol><li>Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country.</li><li>To return to his country of citizenship at least two years after the award has ended.</li><li>Must have an undergraduate degree to be able to enroll in a postgraduate program at a university in the <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/United-Kingdom" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">United Kingdom</a>. This is typically equivalent to an upper second-class 2:1 honors degree in the UK.</li><li>Have at least two years&rsquo; work experience. Employment undertaken as part of the undergraduate or postgraduate course is not eligible.</li><li>Apply to three different eligible UK university courses and have received an unconditional offer from one of these choices. Note: to be eligible for a Partner Award you must rank Queen Mary as your first-choice university.</li><li>Meet minimum English language entry requirements for the degree program.</li><li>Does not hold British citizenship or dual British citizenship.</li><li>Applicants who hold refugee status in a Chevening-eligible country are eligible for an award.</li><li>The applicant has not previously studied in the UK with funding from a UK Government-funded scholarship.</li></ol><h3><strong>Benefits:</strong></h3><ul><li>Throughout the year, Chevening organizes many events for international students to make the most of their time and experience the best of British culture.</li><li>The scholarship covers all tuition fees in addition to the cost of living, air-fares, and others.</li></ul><h3><strong>About Queen Mary University:</strong></h3><p>Queen Mary, part of the prestigious University of London, is one of the top UK research universities and a member of the Russell Group of leading UK universities.
