Opportunity description
The World Movement for Democracy is seeking emerging civil society leaders aged no more than 30 years from all over the world who are committed to defending universal democratic principles to participate in the Hurford Youth Fellowship program in the US. Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in democratic activism in the advancement of democracy. Through the 4-month program, fellows are expected to organize online discussions, encourage active engagement among youth activists, and engage in strategic meetings.
Each fellow will receive a monthly stipend, basic health insurance, and roundtrip travel to and from Washington D.C.
