Tempus Public Foundation, a nonprofit organization founded by the Hungarian government, offers scholarships for undergraduate, graduate and preparatory course in Hungarian language in different programs. Applicants must send only through their country of citizenship Sending partner.
Admitted undergraduate applicants are granted a monthly stipend of HUF 40,460 (equivalent to 130 euro). Whereas students enrolled in graduate programs receive a monthly stipend of HUF 140,000 (equivalent to 450 euro) for their first 4 semesters and HUF 180,000 (equivalent to 580 euro) for their 4 semesters, as a contribution to the living expenses in Hungary. Students are also offered free dormitory place or a contribution of up to HUF 40,000 (equivalent to 129 euro) to rental costs.
