Fellowship objectives:

[1] Know Disparities: Develop comprehensive knowledge of fundamental issues related to health disparities, racism, and inequity of opportunity in the health workforce

[2] Combat Inequity: Study and apply strategic interventions to address inequities in health and health career opportunities that confront organizations, communities, and societies

[3] Build Leaders: Build and leverage individual leadership skills to enhance personal effectiveness leading change in organizations and communities

[4] Create a Network: Catalyze the growth of an international network of leaders, working in a broad array of organizations, committed to workforce equity in those organizations and the society beyond

Requirements:

[1] Fellows are expected to attend 4 in-person meetings throughout the year (5-week time commitment)

[2] Fellows are required to participate in the online curriculum, which includes  biweekly online classes, individualized coaching, peer mentoring, and team-based learning  for 12-16 hours per month

[3] Fellows must be actively working in a field related to health
