<p>BI Norwegian Business School invites international students with a strong academic record to apply for the <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships/Master" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Master</strong></a> of Science <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Scholarship</strong></a>.</p><h3>Eligibility Criteria:</h3><ol><li>Candidates demonstrating strong academic performance who apply for, and are accepted in, a Master of Science degree.</li><li>Preference is given to applicants seeking to earn their first master&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>All candidates will be assessed according to the ECTS scale. Applicants with international bachelor&#39;s degrees will have their grades converted to the ECTS scale.</li><li>Only candidates admitted to a Master of Science program commencing Autumn 2021 will be considered for this scholarship.</li><li>A successfully completed Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (180 ECTS credits) in the field of business administration, finance or economics or a successfully completed Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (180 ECTS) in a field of study relevant to the specialization.</li><li>The minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) requirement is 3.50 (B) on an ECTS scale.</li><li>A minimum grade of C in courses relevant to the MSc degree program.</li><li>Applicants with an <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships/Bachelor" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>undergraduate degree</strong></a> from a higher education institution outside Norway/Nordics must also include GMAT: 600 or GRE: 152 Verbal/158 Quantitative</li><li>Applicants whose first language is not English, and are from outside Norway/Nordics, must demonstrate competency with TOEFL: 90 or IELTS Academic: 6.5</li></ol><h3>Academic Progression Requirements:</h3><p>All candidates must meet academic progression requirements in order to maintain their scholarship.</p><ol><li>Full study progression (30 ECTS) in each semester.</li><li>Minimum cumulative GPA of a &quot;B&quot; on the BI ECTS scale after completion of each academic semester.</li><li>Candidates who are awarded the MSc International Scholarship must be prepared to be &quot;BI Ambassadors&quot;, acting as spokespeople, assisting in recruitment efforts and promoting a good study environment. The details regarding responsibilities will be specified in the Scholarship Contract.</li></ol><h3>Scholarship Award:</h3><p>The value of the MSc International Scholarship varies. Some scholarships cover partial or full tuition for the first year only while others can cover partial or full tuition for up to two years if the student achieves the academic progression requirements. Some MSc International Scholarships may also include a one-time stipend to assist with living expenses in the first semester.
