Glocal International Teen Conference 2018 (Partially Funded)

Glocal International Teen Conference (GITC) invites teens from all around the world to participate in the conference that will be held from August 31 until September 2, 2018 in Nepal. The conference is an amazing platform to share ideas, initiations, insights and experiences reflecting on the world affairs and impacts based on teenagers and youth. As a Presenter, you will be expected to attend a presentation session where there must be given 3 presentations on each of the three key issues which are Entrepreneurship, Empowerment and Socio-Perspective. As a Participant, you should aspire to attend and observe the conference and foster networking and cross-cultural exchange which will be a learning experience for you to be the next change-maker.

Participants/Presenters must:

[1] Be teenagers (13-19 years of age)

[2] Demonstrate knowledge and experience on the key issues of the conference they are interested to give a presentation on (as Presenters)

[3] Be working at least 6 months in the field mentioned in the application form (as Presenters)

[4] Be working to create an impact in their society in any way possible

[5] B enthusiastic to learn, explore and take initiatives

[6] Be able to keep up the spirit of GITC 2018 and take the opportunity to develop and grow themselves

GITC is an opportunity to network with teenagers around the globe, initiate collaborations and identify opportunities for growth which result in long lasting friendships and fostering cultural exchange. It is a gateway towards personal and professional development through mentoring from diverse industry leaders where participants can have a talk on various issues including industry situations, various global and local problems and their solutions.
