The University of Europe in Belgium offers a fully funded scholarship for graduate students for the academic year 2018-2019. Applicants must have a university degree of at least 240 ECTs for each course, and students with a bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply if they have excellent qualifications in relation to the academic program for which they apply.
