Opportunity description
Halcyon Arts Lab invites applications for its nine-month residential fellowship program from September 2018 to June 2019 in Washington, D.C. The residency is designed to provide support and resources to emerging artists working on projects which address issues of social justice, civic engagement, and community building. Participants will get the opportunity to further develop their socially-engaged practice and create lasting connections and partnerships in Washington, DC.
The residency is fully funded by Halcyon and it includes a stipend of $1,000/month. Halcyon also provides mentorship and materials/exhibition support.
