Hello Tomorrow Competition for Entrepreneurs in Industry and Technology and a Prize of €100,000 for 2018

Are you an entrepreneur working in a sector of industry or technology?

Hello Tomorrow invites entrepreneurs across several different industries and technologies from anywhere in the world to participate in the Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge, which is a worldwide renowned startup competition. The challenge was created in 2013 after realizing that the resources needed to propel emerging technologies were different from those of traditional web and mobile innovations.

 The main industry or technology focus tracks include:

[5] Food, Agriculture and Environment

[7] Industrial Biotech

[8] Industry 4.0

[9] New Materials

Eligibility criteria:

[1] Projects can be based anywhere in the world

[2] Projects must be in their early-stage of development (seed or series A). Participants must have a proof of concept, a prototype, a scientific validation or are in the process of producing one

[3] Projects are based on a scientific discovery, an advanced technology, a complex engineering process or an innovative application of an existing technology

[4] Projects could solve an industrial, social or environmental unmet need or create a new market

[5] Participants must be a team of at least 2 working on the project

Prizes:

[1] One €100,000 Grand Prize for the best early-stage startup

[2] Eleven €15,000 Prizes for the best early-stage startup in each track

[3] Pitch in front of a select audience of 400 industry experts and investors at the Hello Tomorrow Global Summit for the 70 startups selected as finalists

[4] Exclusive access to the Hello Tomorrow Investor Day on March 13, 2019 for top 500 startups, which includes a full day of one-on-one meetings with 200 leading international investors

[5] Meetings and interviews with international media

[6] Being endorsed as one of the top 500 startups worldwide

[7] The challenge gives scientists and entrepreneurs around the globe a platform for their research and projects, global visibility and connections with key players in the innovation network

What is Hello Tomorrow?

Hello Tomorrow is a non-profit organization bringing together a community of entrepreneurs aiming to unlock the potential of deep technologies to solve the world's toughest challenges. It sources  projects and startups and facilitates collaboration between entrepreneurs, industries and investors in order to propel innovation from the lab to the market. Hello Tomorrow organizes startup competitions, mentorship programs and a series of events around the world, as well as educating and consulting relevant stakeholders on emergence of deep technologies.
