It is a 4-month program dedicated to Jordanian university students who wish to develop their leadership skills, in order to provide students with a safe environment to develop and improve leadership skills. Through carefully designed leadership simulation scenarios and experiences, participants gain experience and knowledge by acting as leaders not being lectured endlessly. The program lasts for 15 weeks, from September to December 2018, with an average of 8 hours per week.
