Hilti invites students and graduates from all over the world to join the IT competition in 2019 to help solve some of the construction industry’s most daunting challenges. Application of emerging technologies and methodologies should not be limited to customer service or construction industry. The opportunities are far-reaching and capable of transforming our own workplaces and, potentially, change how the industry leverages technology to build and retain talent.
Applicants are required to work on one of the topics for IT Competition 2019 are:
[1] Digital Collaboration & Mobility
[2] Disruptive Technology in the Construction Industry
[3] Creative & Innovative Talent Management Culture
Prizes:
[1] First place:
The winning team of up to five people will receive airfare and a five-night stay at one of Hilti’s strategic IT locations: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Plano/Tulsa, USA; or Schaan, Liechtenstein. The trip will be arranged based on the winning team’s home country. The team members will have the opportunity to learn about Hilti IT services and to build their Hilti network.
[2] Second and third place:
Each second and third place team winner will be awarded a Hilti power toolbox. Hilti power tools are one of the finest product that comes with advanced technology, precision, reliability and lifetime warranty.
[3] All finalists:
Each finalist will have access to a fast-track application process to a paid internship. The internship provides finalists with the chance to further develop their idea and to bring it to life at Hilti.
