Hope Makers for the Arab World

Hope Makers is driven by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s belief that hope, work, positivity and optimism are what the Arab World needs, regardless of how bad the region’s circumstances are. By highlighting flashes of hope throughout the region and celebrating the men, women and young people who are striving to serve and benefit people and communities, improving living conditions, social care and the quality of life for the people around them. Hope Makers aims to honour these exceptional individuals, rewarding Hope Makers with recognition and awarding a prize to the winner which has the potential to truly transform initiatives taking place in the fields of volunteerism, education, health, media and social activism.
