By highlighting flashes of hope throughout the region and celebrating the men, women and young people who are striving to serve and benefit people and communities, improving living conditions, social care and the quality of life for the people around them. Hope Makers aims to honour these exceptional individuals, rewarding Hope Makers with recognition and awarding a prize to the winner which has the potential to truly transform initiatives taking place in the fields of volunteerism, education, health, media and social activism.<br/></p>
