The U.S. Embassy in Beirut invites mid-career professionals who are Lebanese citizens or long-term Palestinian residents in Lebanon to apply for the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program for the 2017-2018 academic year in the U.S. The fellowship provides a mutual exchange of knowledge about issues of common concern in the U.S. and fellows’ home countries. The non-degree program offers opportunities for development through university courses, attending conferences, networking, and practical work experiences.
