IELTS and Master Scholarships for Palestinian Students

Durham University is offering at least five IELTS fee scholarships, for Palestinian students, who are wishing to take their Master's Degree. British Council offices will have a list of the people for whom we are paying the IELTS registration fee but you will need to register to take the IELTS in November 2018 in the normal way. There are IELTS test centers in Gaza City, Al-Zahra, Hebron, Nablus, and Ramallah. To be eligible, you must:

[1] Be a Palestinian citizen

[2] GPA 80% or higher

[3] Resident in Palestine

[4] Have a bachelor degree from a Palestinian university
