Opportunity description

Massachusetts Institute of Technology invites global innovators, entrepreneurs, and change-makers to participate in the week-long MIT Innovation & Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, giving them the chance to learn how to build innovation-driven ventures that solve global challenges. The program takes place between July 28 and August 3, 2018 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Throughout the program, Bootcampers will learn and practice a variety of new skills related to entrepreneurship and innovation, all from MIT faculty, MIT coaches, and guest speakers as well as through their experiences in project teams. At the end of the week, teams will identify a key challenge to solve, present their solution, and receive specific and actionable feedback. The program offers financial aid to cover the costs of travel and accommodation ($6,000) but encourages those admitted to come up with funding until MIT has made scholarship decisions.
