Opportunity description

The University of Sussex is delighted to offer Women Leaders scholarship for those who want to undertake their masters studies in Business Administration as part of the full-time program at the university of Sussex.

Funding

  1. This scholarship is an annual scholarship worth up to £14,300 towards the payment of partial fee waiver.
  2.  This scholarship can be combined with other Sussex scholarships and can be paid either towards tuition fees or as a combination of tuition fees and a stipend. Overseas applicants can also apply for consideration for a Chancellors International Scholarship  (worth 50% of tuition fees) which would make the combined scholarship a full fee waiver plus a £3,388 stipend. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a female applicant and:

  • hold an offer of a place on the Sussex MBA.
  • be from Africa or South-East Asia.
  • exceed the normal Sussex MBA entry requirements, in particular more than 3-years of working in a high-profile or managerial role.
  • have achieved the equivalent of a first class degree during their previous studies (any degree).
  • Applications are also welcome from candidates who previously worked in leadership roles, then took a career break to raise children and now wish to return to work / studies.
