German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), in its effort to support good governance and civil society structures, has launched the Helmut-Schmidt-Programme. The program funds master’s studies in Germany and aims to support ambitious, young people in their mission to become leaders in politics, law, economics, and administration. The scholarship will enable applicants to later contribute to the establishment of democratically oriented economic and social systems aimed at overcoming social differences.
