University of Tsukuba in Japan invites international students with a Bachelor’s degree to apply for the Master’s scholarship program in Economics or Public Policy for the academic year 2018-2019. Applicants must have at least 2 years of full-time professional working experience at the time of the application. Proficiency in English is required. The scholarship covers travel costs plus a travel allowance up to $500 for each one-way trip, full tuition, a monthly stipend, national health insurance and other program expenses.
