Future Learn is offering an online course about the Food Industry for two weeks. The course will mainly focus on the ways in which the food industry has evolved over the past 70 years, how innovations changed the ways we shop, and food waste and starvation. They will also offer examples through a case study from Marks and Spencer. Everyone who is interested can be part of this course as previous knowledge and a degree are not required.
The course starts every couple of weeks again, so you can join it on a rolling base.
