Digital Young Leaders Exchange Program (DYLEP) is offering the opportunity for young Iraqis to be part of its online exchange program with individuals from the U.S. The Program consists of online activities, and includes videos, webinars, discussion forums, and group calls. Those who are interested must be high school students, with Iraqi citizenship and fluent in English.
