Open Society Foundations in Algeria, Bahrain, Jordan, Somalia, Sudan, and the United Arab Emirates are offering a fellowship opportunity for the individuals that are seeking innovative and unconventional approaches to fundamental open society challenges. The fellowship funds work that will enrich public understanding of those challenges. The Open Society Foundations is trying to reach for specialists who can see beyond the parochialisms of their field and possess from all over the world, eager to exploit the many resources offered by the Open Society Foundations and are prepared to engage constructively with their global network.

Fellows will receive a stipend of $80,000 or $100,000, depending on their experience, plus funding their projects and research, the possibility of covering the traveling and visa fees, and the health insurance.
