Qatar Airways is urging talented individuals to apply for its Diploma of Advanced Studies in Aviation Management (Outstation Manager Development Program), which is an exciting 2-year program being offered to Qatari Nationals for the opportunity to be the future Leaders of Qatar Airways. The program is a bespoke design offered in collaboration with the University of Geneva (recognized for academic excellence) and IATA Training (specialists in Aviation training).

The Program:

Year one: Complete the Diploma of Advanced Studies in Aviation Management with the University of Geneva and IATA Training, including on the job practical training, coaching and mentoring from experienced professionals at Qatar Airways and from the wider aviation industry.

Year Two: Placement and further mentoring and coaching at selected Qatar Airways Destinations or headquarters.

After the first two-years, successful candidates will be placed permanently to roles as Outstation Managers in these areas:  Airport Services, Finance or Sales.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Be a Qatari National.
  2. Must have a Bachelor’s degree issued within the last five years, or equivalent from an institution approved by the Supreme Education Council – Higher Education Institute.
  3. Must have an overall GPA of at least 3.0 or above.
  4. Must have an IELTS of 6.5 or equivalent.
  5. CID Clearance.
  6. Medical Clearance.
