Palestine Hosting Society: Open Call For a Collective in the Making for a Cooking Project

Qattan Foundation invites people who are interested in food, who are interested in the methods of preparing it, and researchers in its history, culture and community values ​​to apply for the Palestine Hosting Group project. Each participant is dedicated to working with one family in Palestine over a period of time to explore the following: family history, food culture, cooking space, physical and visual culture, source of food and storage, and the daily menu, favorite dishes, daily meals, seasonal changes to the menu, meals prepared at special events, and so forth.
