Each participant is dedicated to working with one family in Palestine over a period of time to explore the following: family history, food culture, cooking space, physical and visual culture, source of food and storage, and the daily menu, favorite dishes, daily meals, seasonal changes to the menu, meals prepared at special events, and so forth.</p>
