The Politecnico di Torino Foundation in Italy is offering scholarships for international students to pursue a master’s degree. There will be six scholarships for field engineering programs and four scholarships for architecture programs.
Benefits
The scholarship amount is €8000 per year.
Eligibility criteria
- have a Bachelor's Degree obtained in a University outside Italy (or at least 180 ECTS credits or equivalent for students enrolled in a foreign university in 5 or 6-year degree programs who have not graduated yet).
- have been admitted to a Master's Degree program at Politecnico di Torino in A.Y. 2021/22.
- will enroll for the first time in a.y. 2021-22 at Politecnico di Torino.
- hold a valid GRE®General Test obtained not earlier than 5 years before the scholarship application deadline with the following minimum scores:
- Verbal Reasoning: 156/170
- Quantitative Reasoning: 157/170
- Analytical Writing: 3,5/6
It is not possible to apply for scholarships for students who:
- have been legally resident or temporary domiciled in Italy for any period in the last 5 years from the publication of this call with the exception of applicants who attended Italian language and culture courses or a Foundation course in an Italian University or private language schools located in Italy;
- have been enrolled, before the 2021/22 academic year, in any First (Bachelor of Science), Second (Master of Science), Third (Ph.D.) Cycle Degree programs or Specializing Master in an Italian university located abroad or in Italy or in a foreign University located in Italy;
- already hold a foreign Second or Third Cycle Degree in Engineering or Architecture;
- obtained a First Cycle degree in the frame of Double or Joint Degree projects between Politecnico di Torino -or any other Italian University;
- are part of any Double or Joint Degree project as an incoming student attending a Master of Science program at Politecnico;
- are the recipient of any other Italian5 or foreign scholarships at the time of the assignment of the scholarship and for the whole duration of TOPoliTO scholarship.
