The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) offer the best and brightest students the chance to pursue their PhD studies in one of Hong Kong's universities. The Fellowship provides a stipend of approximately $30,000 and allowance of approximately $1,300 per year for a period of up to three years.
