The Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD) offers women scientists the opportunity to undertake PhD research in the natural, engineering and information technology sciences. The scholarship also gives women scientists the chance to participate in scientific and technological development and contribute to the sustainable development of their home countries.
