The World Academy of Science (TWAS) and National Research Foundation (NRF) are offering fellowships for young scientists from developing countries to work in South Africa for up to 3 years. Those who are interested must have obtained their PhD degree in the last 5 years and cannot hold any visa for temporary or permanent residency in South Africa or any developed country. The applicants must also hold a PhD in:[1] Agricultural Sciences.[2] Structural, Cell and Molecular Biology.[3] Biological Systems and Organisms.[4] Medical and Health Sciences incl. Neurosciences.[5] Chemical Sciences.[6] Engineering Sciences.[7] Astronomy, Space and Earth Sciences.[8] Mathematical Sciences.[9] Physics.
