Research Workshop for Postdoctoral Fellows in Social Sciences to Germany

The Forum Transregionale Studien and the Max Weber Stiftung (MWS) invite scholars to develop their research in the framework of Explorative Workshops. Explorative Workshops offer open and flexible formats and strong scholarly networks as well as support in conceptual development, practical organization and funding by providing a team of scholars with diverse regional expertise in an intensive small-scale setting to probe and generate ideas and research questions.

Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in the field of social sciences or humanities and be currently affiliated with a German university or research institute (including German institutes abroad). The workshop provides financial aid with a fixed sum allowing 15 to 20 researchers to participate in the event covering travel costs, accommodation, and meals.
