The SICACO committee is inviting world cartoonists to take part in SICACO 2019, the 8th Sejong International Cartoon <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Competitions-and-Awards" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Contest</a>.
