<p>Romanian State offers about 85 scholarships for under- and postgraduate studies in Romania to citizens of non EU countries in many fields of study like political and administrative sciences,  journalism, technical studies, agricultural studies, medicine, architecture, arts.<br/>The beneficiaries of the scholarships should study only in the Romanian language. The candidates who do not know Romanian are offered one supplementary preparatory year to study the language.  Students who declare that they know the Romanian language have to pass a language test (level B2).<br/></p>
