Spill Open Festival for Artists in England

Spill Open Festival of Performance invites makers and artists of any age to present their meaningful work as part of the Spill Open Festival 2018 that will take place between October 25 and November 4 at venues and sites across Ipswich, England. The event is aimed at early makers and artists whose practices may have been overlooked, regardless of age, working in between or across forms, and with something meaningful to say.

The event offers 20 opportunities for exceptional artists or groups working with, across or in between:

activist actions, club arts, crafts, folk methods, experimental theatre, film, live art, museum collections, dance, social science, music, street art, visual art, and many other art areas. Selected artists

will receive support totalling £2000 including:

[1] A fee of £750

[2] A contribution towards travel

[3] Accommodation at the festival

[4] Per diems

[5] A package of producing, technical and marketing support

[6] High quality photographic and video documentation plus inclusion in SPILL TV
