Opportunity description
The Arab Science and Technology Foundation (ASTF) offers three research grants in various fields of water engineering to study an industrial unit for treatment of civil wastewater (Flow capacity=4 cubic meters per hour, Technology used= electrocoagulation). The project aims to develop the unit and scientific publishing, and so that researcher should sign the agreement of confidentiality of industrial information and mention the name of the sponsor in case of publication. The Foundation shall bear the costs of the project and a rewarding financial reward upon completion of the study.
Required field of study:
- Performance of the unit and the impact of design variables and affecting factors.
- Operation control (Process Automation).
- Operating costs and water treatment economics.
- Another grant on the field of ground water treatment (Iron removal).
