<p dir="ltr">The Artists for a Better World programme offers emerging artists, arts administrators or programmers from a social welfare organisation the chance to create positive social change. The program organizes workshops that will focus on exploring how the arts can create positive social change for people with disabilities in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. The program will last from September 2017 to March 2018.</p>
