The OSTEN Biennial of Drawing Skopje 2018 is open to all artists from around the world.  Any work completed between 2015 and 2018 is eligible, including drawings, prints, photos, and other techniques applied on paper. Artists can decide individually upon the size, theme, media and technique of submitted works.
