The World Press Photo Contest is an annual photo contest that targets professional photographers and rewards the best single exposure picture taken in the past year. The contest is organized into<a href="https://www.worldpressphoto.org/activities/photo-contest/categories"> categories</a>, and judged by a jury comprising leading photojournalism professionals.
