Opportunity description
The European Social Documentary (ESoDoc) – a training initiative – is looking for documentarians, producers, journalists, web designers, programers, game designers, and NGO-communication representatives who are willing to extend their production possibilities to new sectors, forms and platforms. The initiative offers 3 intense one-week residential sessions held over a period of six months, combined with Extended Online Sessions for market-related topics and networking with festivals. During the workshops, participants are tutored by a network of international experts on the development of the projects.
Four fully-funded scholarships are available (each covers the enrollment fee and travel costs) for applicants from countries participating in the Creative Europe Program. Successful applicants will get to explore new funding and distribution strategies, and will be better-equipped for the challenges of the changing market.
