Opportunity description

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is requesting concept papers to address the lack of access to schools, and the social stability a school system can provide for over two million out-of-school children across Yemen. USAID will support non-formal education programming, which will enable the youth to enter the formal school system and achieve functional literacy and numeracy. Applicants must be currently present or have active activities in Yemen.

USAID provides 1-3 awards between $3 million and $10.4 million to successful applicants, as well as strengthening a social network to support their positive development plan.
