The University of Central Arkansas (UCA) is pleased to offer the International Student Mobility Scholarships (ISMS) for the 2018-19 academic year. To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and the following minimum scores on the listed English proficiency tests: TOFEL paper-based test score of 450 for undergraduates and 550 for graduates, TOFEL internet-based test score of 45 for undergraduates and 79 for graduates, IELTS score of 5.0 for undergraduates and 6.5 for graduate.<br/></p>
