Opportunity description
The Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers 85 scholarships for under- and postgraduate studies in Romania for non EU citizens (no matter where they reside). The language of study is supposed to be Romanian. For candidates who do not know Romanian one supplementary preparatory year to study the language is offered. The scholarships are granted for three levels of study Licentia (study level for High School Graduates), Master or Doctorate.
