Win up to 30000 TND with Media Loves Tech Initiative from DW

MEDIA LOVES TECH tries to find the best digital concepts for a good, sustainable journalism. Launched by DW Akademie, Germany’s leading organization for international media development, this competition is open to journalists, start-ups, pioneers, developers, designers, civil society, individuals, and organizations aiming to raise the quality of journalism in Tunisia.

Prize:

MEDIA LOVES TECH will take place in two stages with the possibility, at each step, of obtaining financing and support to accelerate the development of your product. The selected concepts will also benefit from professional support.

Stage 1:

Selection of the best concepts. The concepts can be submitted until October 4^th. The best concepts will receive 3,000 Tunisian dinars each. The winning teams will present their concepts at the MEDIA LOVES TECH Conference from October 22^nd-24^th, 2018.

Stage 2:

These teams will participate in a Hackathon from October 25^th-27^th and will continue to develop their prototypes until November 27^th, 2018. The best project will receive a grant of TND 30,000 which will be awarded to the winning team at the closing ceremony on December 4^th.
