<span title='يهدف تحدّي "حُلول 2030" والذي يأتي بدعم من مبادرة الشراكة الأمريكيّة الشرق أوسطيّة The US Middle East Partnership Initiative المعروفة بـ MEPI إلى إشراك الشباب والرياديين المجتمعيين في العمل مع منظمات ومجموعات مجتمعيّة وحقوقيّة تتبنى قضايا معينة لإيجاد وتطوير حلول رقميّة مبتكرة ومستدامة وقليلة التكلفة لتحديات اجتماعية،'>The Houloul 2030, supported by the Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), aims to involve young people and community leaders in working with community and human rights organizations and groups that address specific issues to create and develop innovative, sustainable, low-cost digital solutions to the different social challenges.<span title="تتيح هذه الفرصة للمشاركين إمكانية المشاركة في خلق عالم أفضل والتصدّي لتحدّيات تعليميّة واقتصاديّة واجتماعيّة تواجه مجتمعاتنا بالإضافة إلى التتنافس على منحة بقيمة ٥٠٠٠ دولار أمريكي لتطوير حلول رقميّة يمكن اختبار أثرها.">This challenge allows participants to participate in creating a better world and address the educational, economic, and social challenges facing our communities as well as compete for a $5,000 grant to develop digital solutions that can be tested.&nbsp;The idea is simple: 20 change-makers and social entrepreneurs will be divided into six teams, competing for three grants of $5,000 each to develop digital solutions that can be tested.&nbsp;<h2>Eligibility Requirements:</h2>Eligibility for organizations and groups:<ol><li><span title="على المنظمات أن تتمتع بتسجيل رسمي في الأردن وعلى المجموعات أن تكون مستعدة وموافقة على التسجيل الرسمي خلال فترة البرنامج (لأولئك الذين سيفوزون بالمنح لتطوير الأفكار والحلول، تتطلب المتابعة في البرنامج من بعد مرحلة مخيم الريادة الاجتماعيّة تسجيلاً رسميًا لإمكانيّة العمل بشكل قانوني). ">Participating organizations must have an official registration record in Jordan and the groups must be prepared and approved for formal registration during the program period.</li><li>Organizations and groups must adopt a specific community issue and have a vision, objectives, and activities that serve this issue.</li><li>In case the organization or group is chosen as one of the award-winning teams, they must commit to develop and use their innovative solutions to reach the determined goals.</li><li><span title="على المنظمة أو المجموعة أن تلتزم بمشاركة ممثلين اثنين عنها في جميع مراحل البرنامج بدءا بمخيم الريادة الاجتماعيّة في ديسمبر 2018، واذا تم تقديم المنحة لهذه المنظمة، أن يلتزم ممثلوها بالعمل الدوري وفترة المتابعة والإرشاد انتهاءً بإطلاق الحلول المبتكرة وتنفيذها. ">The organization or group must commit to the participation of two representatives at all stages of the program starting with the Social Entrepreneurship Camp in December 2018. ">All applications received by Tech Tribes&nbsp;will be evaluated based on specific criteria.</li></ol>Eligibility for individuals:<ol><li>Applicants must be between 17-30 years of age.</li><li><span title="أن يكون لديه خبرة في الريادة الاجتماعيّة وتطوير الحلول الرقميّة لأغراض التنميّة بهدف دعم عمل المنظمات وإرشادها لأفضل الطرق التي من خلالها يمكنها الاستفادة من الأفكار الرياديّة لتخطي التحديات التي تواجهها.
