The "wortimbild" id offering a competition, which is an international photography competition dealing with the challenge of literature. This competition is aimed at photographers, and is for works inspired by specific works of literature.
Idea of the Competition:
- The idea of initiating an international photography competition, which relies on literature as a source of inspiration, was created in 2011.
- The intention was to create an exciting interplay between photography and literature, to give photographers the opportunity to submit photographic works on the subject of literature.
- The competition is curious about which literary source of inspiration will they choose
Eligibility criteria:
- The choice of literary form (poetry, prose, drama etc.) is open.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- The entry shall not exceed 9 MB.
The main prizes are:
- 800€ for First Place
- 500€ for Second Place
- 300€ for Third Place
