The Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding (APCEIU) invites those aged 18 to 24 and knowledgeable in Global Citizenship Education (GCED) related issues to participate in the 4th Youth Leadership workshop in Seoul. This one-week workshop (from 20 to 26 May) aims to build the capacity of dynamic youth leaders around the world to identify strategies to achieve Sustainable Development goals, as well as carry out innovative initiatives fostering global citizenship through advocacy. Participants will identify specific issues, establish plans individually and in groups, and devise the goals for use at local and national levels through information sessions and debates. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of active experience in youth activities, in addition to proficiency in English.
APCEIUF will provide accommodation, meals, and local transportation for all participants. Round-trip international airfare to and from Seoul will also be covered for those selected as fully-funded. Participants are responsible for domestic travel expenses and visa fees.
