Tashkeel platform announces a workshop entitled Fun Sunday, which focuses on expressive collage in the United Arab Emirates.

Eligibility criteria

  • This workshop will be held from 10 am to 12 noon on June 30, 2024.
  • This opportunity targets children between the ages of 7 and 12 years.
  • The number of places available in this opportunity is 15.
  • This opportunity will be held at Al Safa Arts and Design Library.
  • The registration fee for this workshop is 175 AED (+ VAT).
  • The amount paid will be non-refundable.

About Tashkeel Foundation:

Latifa bint Maktoum founded the Tashkeel Center in Dubai in 2008 to provide an incubator environment for the development of contemporary art and design practices in the United Arab Emirates. The Center provides space for creative and experimental practices and dialogue between practitioners and the broader community by providing multidisciplinary studios, workspaces, and exhibitions in Nad Al Sheba and Al Fahidi. The Tashkeel Center adopts an open membership model and its annual program of training, residency programs, workshops, discussions, exhibitions, international collaborations, and publications aims to support the development of artistic practitioners, engage the community and promote a lifelong learning approach as well as supporting the various creative and cultural industries.
