George Mason University is offering Adam Smith Fellowship for doctoral students from any university and discipline who are interested in political economy.
Benefits
The total award of up to $10,000 includes:
- A stipend
- All required readings
- Travel and lodging to attend colloquia hosted by the Mercatus Center
- The program will arrange and cover airfare, as well as lodging and meals.
Eligibility criteria
- In order to be accepted into the Adam Smith Fellowship program, you must be:
- Enrolled in a PhD program from any university and in any discipline
- Students that are able to commit to traveling 3 weekends and 1 week for colloquia during the upcoming academic year.
- Students that have a research or teaching interest that would benefit from a greater understanding of key writings in political economy.
