Applications are now open for the Fully Funded AKSANC Scholarship in Nigeria for 2024, available to undergraduate students from Akwa Ibom State.
AKSANC Calgary Canada is offering a unique opportunity for scholarships to deserving students from Akwa Ibom who are currently enrolled in polytechnics, universities, or colleges of education within Nigeria. To be considered for this prestigious scholarship, applicants are required to have achieved a GPA of 3.5 or higher, ensuring that only the most dedicated and academically successful students are selected. This opportunity is available to students who are in their first through fourth years of study, providing support throughout much of their higher education journey. Additionally, the scholarship program is structured to be inclusive and representative of the entire state, with five scholarships being awarded to students from each of the three senatorial districts, thereby ensuring equitable distribution of this valuable educational support across the region.

Eligibility of AKSANC Scholarship
- Applicants must be indigenes of Akwa Ibom
- Applicants must be enrolled in a public institution of higher learning anywhere in Nigeria.
- Applicants must be undergraduate students.
- Applicant must be registered for the semester the scholarship is granted.
- Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 undergraduate or a High School GPA of 3.5 (on a 5.0 scale) for first-year undergraduates.
